设备主体由四个工位组成,分别为: 侧板上料工位;盖板、电池、绝缘布、电木板上料工位;电池组机器人焊接工位;成品下料工位。

流程描述

在装配焊接工作中,生产连线由上料输送线、装配分度转盘及下料输送线组成,实现连续生产。
当总控端将待焊产品信号发送到本焊接站时,根据预设程序焊接站调用预设焊接及自动化上下料方案。

装配过程中,机器人保证运行精确平稳,在转盘工装上各装配部件的相应位置分别配置有检测传感器反馈装配完成情况。

机器人焊接工位:

待焊工件装配完成后进入焊接工位,各定位压紧装置从转盘下层升起。电池组正向压紧装置工作,按照预定程序的长度要求将电池组按照额定推力压紧并定位,同时保证工艺要求的长度精度及推力要求并反馈推力数据;侧板安装装置工作将侧板分别以两端板侧面为基准压紧定位,同时侧板侧定位装置将侧板以一侧为基准进行侧向定位;然后顶部压紧装置落下,通过导向定位销将2侧端板以4个定位销孔为基准在尺寸及形位上进行最终定位,并将侧板上沿以电池组上面为基准定位,同时将侧板加紧使其紧靠在端板两侧;最后底部定位装置工作,将每块电池电极以上盖板面为基准压紧定位。以上定位完成后,机器人工作,完成电池组外围板的焊接;焊接结束后,各压紧装置复位。

成品下工位:
